Institute for Legal Aspects of Religious Freedom

Regarding its traditional mission, potential achieved and current proved sensibility for crucial social problems, the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava has approved a moral commitment to provide for scientific, research and pedagogic activity focused on the scope of religious freedom and legal relationships between churches and religious communities and the States, and it carries out this obligation through its specialized workplace environments i.e. the Institute for Legal Aspects of Religious Freedom.

The Institute´s activities aim to produce and publish outcomes of scientific work in the field of religious freedom legal aspects including relationship arrangements between States and Churches under the national, international and Europe law. The Institute provides for educational and pedagogic activities in the above mentioned scientific fields as well. As an academic setting, it offers impartial database of scientific information and enables its transfer  towards scientific and student communities.
